Russ did a great job replacing 2 exterior doors. There were some unforeseen challenges but he was able to address them. Thanks Russ!

RFO recently completed a porch enclosure project, which was previously just a screened-in porch. We now are able to use the space for all seasons with sliding windows, screens, new door entry, stained glass, and completely painted floor and ceiling. The work was done very professionally, and on time. My wife and I a totally impressed with RFOs work. Great people to work with and very pleased with the pricing as well. I highly recommend their work. We are looking forward to future projects with RFO.

Quick backstory - We had a recent windstorm dislodge a piece of siding from our house. Over the past three weeks I've reached out to several contractors (some who were nice enough to tell me they "don't do a job that small" and others who just didn't call back).

Today, I called RFO Contracting during non-business hours expecting to leave a message (and hopefully get a call back). To my surprise Russ picked up the phone and was extremely friendly from the start. He was nice enough to come out as soon as possible because he didn't want the dislodged siding to become a bigger problem for us. Let me repeat this - It was important to him that we get this repaired before it became a bigger problem for us.

I've dealt with a lot of contractors over the years and I've never had one as customer focused, friendly, and communicative as RFO Contracting. Russ took the time to educate me on how the siding connects, how he planned on repairing it, and ensuring that it met my standards/needs. Even though it was a relatively small repair he ensured it was done with the highest level of quality to prevent the issue from reoccurring.

I just can't RAVE ENOUGH about how good the customer service was. In a world where many contractors won't even return your call, I was blown away at the responsiveness, professionalism, and extremely reasonable cost RFO offers. I took his card and it's now permanently on our fridge (we will definitely use his service again!!!)

Russel helped us get our home ready for our family members. Communication was important and he delivered. Our schedule did slip due to supply chain issues but he still did his best to stay within budget. We were so satisfied that we are currently having him look at our new deck project. Thank you Russ.

RFO contracting did an excellent job on an addition "Four Season Room" started by another contractor that couldn't even pass a basic inspection. The inspector recommended that the existing mess be taken down and restarted. Russel and his crew took the problem and fixed all of the obvious issues made by a framer that had no experience including a single 2"x4" ledger board to hang the rafters and walls that were not even close to plumb. RFO is an easy company to do business with and my final product is absolutely wonderful and delightful.

This was a job that was to take 3 to 4 weeks and ended up taking three months due to a false start by a very unprofessional contractor. RFO is a company I would work with again as they understand communications is paramount in any project.

I recently purchased a foreclosed home that needed a pretty good amount of rehab. Feeling overwhelmed, I reached out to Russ from RFO contracting, which I have heard of before. Russ came out, and really shined light on where the problem areas were and what took priority. After giving me a clear understanding, we had a plan and the team moved forward. Russ put on a new roof, skylight and redid a chimney for me. I found his work to be excellent and professional in every regard. He's knowledgeable and excellent to work with. I would recommend his company to anyone.

They did a super job on replacing my deck and staining..they cleaned up and took care of my yard cleaned up very well..they also did a great job of power washing my siding and brick...will definently call them again for work to be done...highly recommend this company

I have had RFO contracting do work at my house a few times over the last couple of years. I have had them repair a roof leak, repair a leaky window and replace a boot for my vent pipe. Russ is always professional, timely and does a great job!! He always makes sure I am fully satisfied before he leaves and always lets me know if I have any issues he will come back and take care of it. I recommend RFO to anyone who wants quality work at a fair price!!
